Persons under eighteen (18) years age wishing to compete in a CRA Sanctioned event (Ranch Style Bronc Riding, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling, Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding) will be required to purchase a CRA High School membership. The CRA High School membership form will need to be notarized, with a notary seal affixed, and presented to the Rodeo Secretary with a parent or legal guardian present. The parent or legal guardian will be required to show a pictured ID. Only after the CRA High School membership is approved; a minor will be allowed to pay entry fees at future rodeos without the presence of a parent or guardian. High School contestants are required to provide a copy of their birth certificate, proof of grade attending, along with notarized paperwork to rodeo secretary.

· Any requests for position trades (slack to performance/performance to slack ONLY) need to be made with the assigned rodeo secretary that will be listed at the top of the draw sheet by NOON on the Thursday before the rodeo. There will be a FIFTY AND NO/100 ($50.00) trade processing fee per contestant involved in the trade. TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 ($25.00) of the trade processing fee will go to the rodeo secretary who handles the trade and TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 ($25.00) will go to the association *** THERE WILL BE NO PARTNER TRADES ALLOWED if a team roper turns out, the team will be considered a turn out ***
